What is Grynkorv?
Grynkorv is the Swedish version of the popular British sausage dish white pudding. The sausage sausage is cooked and usually eaten with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam or with boiled potatoes and horseradish or mustard sauce.
About the event
The day of the Grynkorv is a grand culinary party experience to celebrate the day of the grynkorv’s 15th birthday.
The event will take place in the Old Town in Stockholm. The experience starts at 4 pm and ends at 12 am.
We will have stands along Stora Nygatan. There, fun activities, tastings and sales will be offered. Several restaurants will participate, which you can see and read about below.
